I made this cluster purely for myself but i spent too much time not to share, so enjoy.

The BMW E-type cluster screen is set to:
!='CodemastersDirtRally2' (all games besides Dirt)

While the rally cluster is set to:
=='CodemastersDirtRally2'(show only for Dirt)

These Id's let you decide on which game to show which cluster.
You can find the id by running your game and looking in the 'available properties' in simhub.

The Idle screen will be shown on every game.
