First off, I want to color a specific sector when there's been an incident there, similar to how they do it in F1. So if there's an incident in sector 1, I want it to change to yellow. I see there is the `AlternateTrackSectorColor` property, but I can't figure out how to use it.

The second feature I'd like to add is a border on cars that are off-track so I know who caused the incident and to be careful when they're rejoining.

Does anyone have any ideas on how that can be achieved?
