Is there a way to create a profile with a checkered flag or to create the effect yourself?

Im mainly driving Mclaren in acc an i created specific led rpm meter for this car. But occasionally i hop in other cars/sims and want my secondary rpm meter profile used for them. The problem is when i have them both active secondary profile intervenes with McLaren leds due to it being "to the middle" leds and McLaren is "from left to right" type rpm meter.

how do i make leds flash when i have to stop at the pit ? or flash leds during an orange flag on iracing ?
