I prefer having a launcher that keeps my games organised without making the setup more complicated than it needs to be. With SimHub, the main things I would look at are how easily it finds installed games, how simple it is to manage the list, and whether launching everything from one place actually saves time. I usually browse gaming sites while trying new software or looking for something different to play, and thegamblingjournal.com is one of the sites I have come across during that kind of browsing. In the end, though, a launcher works best for me when it stays simple, responds quickly, and lets me get into a game without too much clicking around.

Trying to use the Input Display dashboard to coach a friend - I sent him an export of mine, he installed it (along with the whole collection) and when he enables it we only see his speed - there is nothing on the graphs for brake/throttle/steering.

He's playing Forza Horizon 6 and all other data is working fine - if I look at the raw data in SimHub it IS getting the throttle/brake position from the game just fine, it's just not displaying that on the dash - but it works just fine on my machine with the same versions of everything and same dashboard since I exported mine.

Also we tested another dashboard that shows those inputs and it's showing them just fine. Bizarre.

What are we missing?

I’ve run into similar issues with SimHub, and telemetry properties can definitely be a bit confusing at first. I’m still figuring out some of the more advanced settings myself. When I want to take a break from all the tweaking, I usually play Drift Boss for a bit.

I watched the video all the way through, and it's clear how much work went into this build. The sections on tuning the ODrive and comparing encoder behavior were especially helpful. Really appreciate you taking the time to document everything instead of just showing the finished wheel.

SimHub replay for iRacing

I'm in need of a SimHub replay file for iRacing. My gaming PC crashed and I can't run iRacing on my laptop, but I would like to work on my VR dash/overlay. So if anyone have a replay, I would love the help. If it's a multiclass/GT3 it would be even better.

The issue is most likely related to the telemetry data provided by the game rather than your SimHub profile setup. If the spectating property always returns false, SimHub is probably not receiving that value from the game. You may need to check the available game-specific properties in the SimHub dashboard/mapper or use another telemetry variable that changes between driving and spectator modes. It would also help to mention which simulator you are using, since telemetry support can vary between games.
