Im starting to think Simhub is the issue here because when you test for DTS and DD it just switches, when playing a movie in Windows Media Player it just switches, when starting Simhub it doesnt switch.

So then others say ooh well just buy a $20 USB sound card, well if you look at those then you'll find that they have the same issue or at least not giving 6 or 7 channels as it should.

Tried do generate simple base signals with audacity on different channels so I could test one Bass-Shaker at a time with the same signal and intensity.

The problem here is even if exported to different channels and played over the 7.1 card the Bass-Shaker gets signals to more than one Bass-Shaker simultaniously

I was not abel to test one Bass-Shaker per Channel like the Test Funktion in Simhub.

For whatever reason frickin windows does not what simhub does and applies only one channel.

At least I measured the resistance of al Bass-Shaker al 3.7ohm no difference between the strong and the week ones from the resistance side.

I have now idea any more what could cause the week Test signal of some Bass-Shakers

Hello,

I am building 4 Channel Bass-Shaker Systems and have a question to the test function.

Before I deliver each system, it goes trough a test-setup.

Therfore I hook up all 4 Bass-Shakers to all 4 channels of the amplifier.

After wiring all Bass-Shaker I use the test function to test if the Bass-Shaker is properly wired

and gets a signal.

What is a problem for me, that even if all Bass-Shakers are set to 100%

some of them vibrate much less than others.

Question:

If I use the "test-function" should then all 4 Bass-Shaker should vibrate with the same intenseity?

or is it possible that there are differences between the channels (by setup in the different effects)?

A clarification here would be much appreciated, because I have to sort out the problem to have a quality issue may be with the

Bass-Shakers.

Some more inverstigations did confuse me, but seem to be logic (and they would point to a problem with Bass-Shakers itself)

If I take the cable of a intense channel and switch it to a week Bass-Shaker, it seems to stay in the same low vibration level.

This would lead to the assumption that I have some serious problems with the Bass-Shakers.

On the other side, if I let the replays run, I cannot see or feel any difference between the intensity of all speekers, even them who seemed to be week.

Is there anybody that has deeper investigated how to test each Bass-Shaker for the correct performance, before mounting them to a rig.

Does anybody have a test szenario, how he would investigate and measure each bass-Shaker of proper working and having the power it should have?

How would the amplifier beeing tested from the Simhub point of view to work correct on all channel?

Appreciate your experiences

Thank you very much in advance

Kai
