so, i've aked too how configure simhub and ps4, they replied this:

I'm trying to help a friend, but I have no game for ps4.. only pc...

It's the same as on pc, only on pc you use 127.0.01 as ip to receive data (localhost) 

set in game the ipadress to the pc thats running simhub. So give the pc a static ip.

after downloading the f1 2019 studio dash i extracted the file and now it look like picture 

when i open simhub it automatically install the dashes 

Ok, i suposed is from Ensi Ferrum dash..its ok, the setup wizard install required files..
