I have tried connecting them to SimHub without synapse or Govee PC installed as well. I have tried reinstalling SimHub completely but nothing helps.

 

When I open the lights with a Govee Android app or PC app only, they work fine - no flickering. So this is not a power issue on the hardware side, I think.

 

Is there something with SimHub right now that interferes with Govee lights?
