To clear simhub best lap history for a game you can delete the following files and directories :
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\PluginsData\\Datastore.db  (contains the whole history)
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\PluginsData\\PersistantTracker (Contains the best lap details in order to compute delta)
