I can only see it as shaker device when i select ps5 mode, configure it in simhub and test signal is fine but in this Mode the wheel and Pedal function do not work. Thanks in advance .

After some time I decided to rearrange things by using the usb ports directly on my pc. Had to move the pc and redo cable mgt. But since then never an issue.

I'm using an Arduino Wind + NLR HF8 seat shaker + 2 x Buttkicker mini with Creative pci soundcard  + Thrustmaster TGT2 with TLCM pedals setup, with SimHUB's Motor, Wind and Shake functions.

I've had these issues for a while, total joke, but here is the fix - it works and i haven't had ANY disconnections or issues since i did this:

Separate the steering wheel and the Arduino from the other devices, plug both into a POWERED usb hub and ONLY USE USB 2.0 PORT ON THE PC!!!!!

Any other components (keyboard, mouse, NLR HF8, etc) is fine plugged into a USB 3.2 port(s). Somehow Arduino doesn't like usb 3, nor the steering wheel - both meant to use 7sb 2.0 only.

I use an Asus Prime 5xx gaming motherboard, but somehow even this mobo struggles with the USB problem. 

Anyway, i find it ridiculous that Codemasters couldn't fix the force feedback issue after 3 months of the release of the game.....

Interesting... yeah, let me know what you find out. I haven't had time to try anything different the past couple of weeks, but I hope to get back to it later this week. It just gets frustrating; I love it, but every time I sit down to play, I feel like I spend more time troubleshooting than actually racing.

I'm not using that exact one, but it is very similar and the same brand which makes me think that is probably my problem. Now that you mention it, I didn't have these issues until I added the bass shaker, however, I only used simhub for a day or two before I added the bass shaker, so I didn't even consider that being the problem. Thanks for info! Maybe I'll replace it with the one you linked and give it a shot!

Thank you for the response. I am using a USB hub and it is powered. I also ordered a second, more expensive powered USB hub with great reviews and am seeing the same issue. It just seems odd that it only happens when I open Simhub.
