I’ve been through this forum up and down, but can’t seem to be able to fix my problem. I have flashed my Adruino Uno and connected my Noctua PWM fans exactly as discribed in several how to’s. I am at a loss :/

pulling the PWM wire does not make a difference - always 100%

any ideas?
