For several weeks now, I have been looking for a profile for all racing games including iracing that includes a checkered flag, but I can't find anything. Is there a way to create a profile with a checkered flag or to create the effect yourself?

In this profile there are extensive flag parameters for AMS 2, Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione, RaceRoom Experience, F1 Codemasters, including Dirt and Dirt 2.0 and finally the Richard Burns Rally. Just install and it will operational.
There are several separate profiles for Automobilista 1, include flags yellow, blue, white, black, black and white, and chequered. As a sincere observation, blue flags only work in simple races. For blue flags to be operational in Automobilista 1, adjustments must be made on a car by car basis.
Profile for single class races: Automobilista - SINGLE CAR.ledsprofile
Profile for multiclasses races separeted by car: Automobilista - CHEVY V8.ledsprofile

Add a group from the 'custom formulas' section and then set the condition to [Flag_Checkered] and then you can add a custom animation section to the group.
