Hi !
No it's not planned. I'm the single developer and I don't speak Spanish I'm sorry. Maybe in the future when I will reach a point where I won't have any new features to add. Currently simhub is not 100% translatable and any third party translations would be obsolete instantly due to the daily changes and new features. That's why it's not efficient to focus on translations for now.
