I saw on YT that you can solder 2 arduino's and then program it with the arduino software. Now in not that into Arduino programming so SimHub is super awesome for me to program it. Now i dont know if it is possible to program 2 soldered arduino's into 1 with SimHub.

Simhub indeed suppers multiple arduinos : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Arduino-Multiple-devices-support
But each one needs it's proper USB connection, maybe you are referring to a soldered usb hub.
