I noticed that with Dirt Rally 2 & Dirt 4 the Statistics section of SimHub displays numbers instead of the name of stage & car. Is it a problem with the telemetry data from these games or it is a problem with SimHub supporting these games?

Indeed it's a telemetry limitation, the only value we know about the track is it's length.
