After almost giving up, I thought I'd try here.

I cannot for the love of me get the output of my 12v Motoshield above ~25MAh.

I've so far checked the following multiple times:

  • The actual upload of the sketch (tried multiple UNO's)
  • The soldering on the MOTO shield (resoldered it even, the pins that is)
  • input on the motoshield is indeed 12V

The only thing that I recently noticed that whilst the example picture on the documentation of SIMHUB spots a dual VNH2SP30 chipset, mine has a VNH3SP30.

Could that perhaps be the issue, or is this a know issue of just a bad board and should I rebuy?

Kind regards,

D.

Aaaamd fixed.

The moto shield was borked. Bough a VNH2SP30 version, hooked it up without changing anything and gets 12v hits every time I press test.

This can be closed I guess
