Delay on Dirt Rally 2.0 Telemetry data

Hello I'm using a Custom Serial Device as my connection with simhub, have you ever noticed or know why it happens that im getting data from dr2.0 with delay f.eg in game i have 50km/h when serial shows 36 km/h and it fixes after +-2 seconds. I tried to change bauds or Hz but it didnt help
