I finally finished my DIY 30Nm Direct Drive Wheel based on OpenFFBoard and ODrive/XDrive.
It took months of testing different encoders, firmware settings and hardware configurations. The preview below shows the final result. If anyone is interested, I also put together a detailed 1.5-hour build guide covering the hardware, firmware configuration, tuning and testing:

I watched the video all the way through, and it's clear how much work went into this build. The sections on tuning the ODrive and comparing encoder behavior were especially helpful. Really appreciate you taking the time to document everything instead of just showing the finished wheel.
