Arduino Registering 2 buttons + Rotary encoder not registering

I there.

I've tried read the wiki or browsing internet, but i can´t find any help.

I have a arduino pro micro 5v 16Mhz. i upload the sketch trough simhub. I have a matrix of push buttons 6x2 and is working fine. Then, 2 more push buttons connected individualy (1gnd + 1input).

i've 2 EC11 rotary encoders connected, but only one of them is working.  That's the 1st problem.

Sometimes, when using rotary encoder, one turn register 2 simultaneous button presses (the rotary encoder that work)

The 2nd problem, is that button 2 is always highlighted, even without a button press.

Can you point me the probable causes with those 2 issues please ?

NOTE: Both potentiometers with enable pullup resistor, otherwise, it doesn't work.
