I have a Buttkicker Gamer II and just replaced my motherboard and CPU.  I use the PC's 3.5mm audio headphone jack for the transducer signal and now the signal is delayed by about a half-second or so. It is particularly noticeable for the gear shift effect, I get a nice punch in my seat for each gear shift, and having a delayed signal completely ruins it. When I test the signal from the PC's 3.5mm jack using headphones and watching a video or something, the sound signal is in sync and not delayed at all.  It seems to be getting delayed by the Buttkicker somehow.  Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this?
