I'd like to have a percentage readout showing how far each pedal is being pressed currently in iRacing? I can find the value "DataCorePlugin.GameData.Throttle" but I have no idea how to get that value to read out as a percentage on my dashboard?
Any help is appreciated.

You have the bind the property to a text component in the dash editor.
