Licence File Wont Load

I used to use simhub with a full licence but then my power supply for the arduno and motors died so i've not used Simhub in ages. Recently got new power supply and opened simhub only to find im back one the free version, so went to load licence file, did that, nothing happens, still says on on free version.

Can anyone help?
