Hey guys,

always when I choose ACC in Games section my SimHub stops working and it is freezing. My LED matrix stops working too which shows that SimHub is not working anymore in this moment.

I tried the following steps:

- uninstalling ACC and reinstall

- uninstall SimHub and reinstall

nothing worked 🙁 I am really sad because I really love ACC and what SimHub can do.

Does anyone had similar issues with ACC or another game?

Please help me!

All best from Berlin

@admin5435

Got it solved. Saw in the log the following line:

[2022-04-30 15:51:17,831] ERROR - Error while loading game manager
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): The requested address is not valid in its context 127.0.0.1:9000

Had the same problem with Crew Chief. Then I changed my IP address in the crew chief settings to my actual PC-IP and it worked.

Im running Nord VPN only for browsing but looks like its interrupting the assetto connection too somehow.

Now I turned off my VPN program completely and SimHub works again

Strange that its causing this. Is it possible to change the IP address for ACC in SimHub too?

All best Mike

127.0.0.1 is a standard ip designating your own computer, there is no particular reasons to change it.

I guess your VPN software is trying to kill any network activity even local to catch it for "itself", maybe you can whitelist inside your vpn software simhub and ACC so it does not interfere with the local networking.

@admin5435

Thanks!

I changed Criew Chief to my PC-IP listed in my router and it works. Strange but works 🙂

Couldnt find an option to whitelist ACC because its actually set to VPN for chrome only so it should be whitelisted anyways. but for now I turn off my VPN when racing.

Thanks for the fast reply!
