Hi

For the past week, whenever I try to start and load SimHub, the window opens but then freezes with the central part of the window stuck on loading and no buttons are responsive.

I've checked the log file and get the below:

[2021-04-21 20:08:41,281] INFO - Loading plugins controls
[2021-04-21 20:08:41,293] ERROR - Error while loading game manager
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at SimHubWPF.MainWindow.<>c__DisplayClass42_0.<ChangeGame>b__3()

Can anybody tell me what I need to do to sort this out as I've tried updating to the latest version (7.3.14) and I've tried un-installing and re-installing but I have the same issue and now I can't even click the button to allow Sim Hub to have administrator privileges!?

Hi !

That's really strange, i'm looking at the code but i can't locate anything which could cause this, could you try a full settings reset ?
Delete the following folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\PluginsData (do not hasitate to keep a copy of it just in case),  then reinstall simhub to restore the default files.

Hi Nicolas

Thanks for the message. I've just tried uninstalling SimHub, deleting the folder you've highlighted, restarted my pc, and then re-installing SimHub but unfortunately I still exactly exactly the same response and error messages in the log file 🙁

Is there anything else I can try or look at as this is very odd?
