When my USBD480 screen is connected and powered on, Dash Studio will initially connect with my screen, but after a few moments will disconnect and will be stuck on "Searching Device..."
I've been having issues as it is constantly losing its connection to the screen. This happens on Version 7.4.23 and the newest version 8.
Anybody have any support?

Hi !
Usually there are only a few causes possible
- Some usb3 ports can cause issues, make sure to use an usb2.
- Avoid usb hubs which can underpower it
- Disable touch screen in the settings if you don't have one
- Try another usb cable
