Control wind and rumble with Hotas?

I'm a recent user of Simhub, and I've happily donated for this fantastic piece of software. I don't know if this is possible, but I would find it fantastic, if it would be possible to control rumble/wind with my HOTAS/joystick setup for games which do not output telemetry. For example, I would then use my throttle setting to increase wind speed/rumble. Perhaps this is already possible, in which case, I apologize for not being able to find it...
