Road Rumble effect differentiate between curbs and grass

I would like it if this effect could give rumble to curbs but not to grass. In many games, there is no good feedback from curbs through the Road Vibration/Bumps effects. This doesn't give enough detail in a some racing sims I have tried, such as rFactor 2 and AMS2. This leaves the curbs feeling unrealistic, often not matching the wheel FFB effects.

The Road Rumble effect makes curbs feel good, but it also adds the same rumble in grass, when that is not needed. The Road vibration effect handles grass nicely. 

Is it possible for Simhub to be given the ability to tell curbs from grass, and let the user have an effect for curbs alone? Thanks
