Hi there,

First of all I just want to say what an amazing job you have done with simhub, adding bass shakers to each corner of my rig has really given me an extra level of immersion as well as creating another channel for the virtual car to give me useful feedback to my inputs. I'm really keen to tweak my shaker settings to get the most approriate feedback from the car. On to my question:

Is it possible to see the formula/input values sim hub is taking for each of its effects? I'm particularly interested in how wheel slip is calculated as I'd quite like to separate the feedback to the front and back tyres with a custom effect to better communicate how close to the limit the back tires are (I believe it may be useful to add extra feedback to the rear tires when they are slipping relatively more than the front tires). Also, the vibrations don't always align well with tire squeal which could be to do with lateral vs longitudinal slip. I think it would be great to separate these two parts as well so you can make lateral slip feedback slightly more pronounced (I imagine the games don't output separate values)

I'd be really interested in learning what values each of the effects are taking from the various games and how they are normalized but like I mentioned above I'm particularly interested in slip. Any documentation or information which would help me tweak the feedback I'm getting would be fantastic.

Keep up the good work!

James
