Button on IDLE mode when Simhub runs on minimize

Hello all,

i want to ask if it is possible to can use a button when the dashboard is on "idle" and the simhub is running minimize on task bar.
When Simhub is on screen maximzed , button works perfetct but when it is minimized button not work.
