Hey all & @RomainRob

I have recently set up a dashboard and leaderboard using various iRacingExtraProperties values.

iRacing_Leaderboard_Driver_00_X  etc

This was working perfectly for a week or so.

All of a sudden no data is populating against any iRacingExtraProperties values. (all zeros)  The dashboard isn't populating and the data isn't populating in the SimHub Available Properties.

I have tried updating SimHub, reinstalling the plugin, restarting my PC, SimHub and Dash.

Is there anything I can do to populate these values again?

Thanks!

Hi,
Does the game connect at all with SimHub?
Or are the only broken properties the ones from the iRacingExtraProperties ?

Could you please zip and share this folder? C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\Logs

Thanks for your response,

The game does connect with SimHub. I get all my other values appearing on my dash (See below)

My leaderboard uses only iRacingExtraProperties

Here is my log folder:

@mitchellg
Hi,
The logs are indeed full with an error loop from the plugin.
What version are you running?
I fixed a similar issue on the last update (RSC_Setup_1.0.10).

Try to install the latest version and see if it fixes it.
Let me know how it goes.

I've done a complete reinstall of iRacing (unrelated reason) and a complete reinstall of 1.0.10.  But the issue is still happening.

Not sure what else I can try.

Thanks!

Ok,
Could you try with this debug version of the plugin and send me the log files again?
This should point me to the issue.
Copy both files in your SimHub install folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub) and restart SimHub.

It seems the plugin is unable to check if the pit exit line position has been previously saved.

Either the track name isn't available in the data, which would be strange. Does it happen at different tracks?
Or the file storing the per track pit exit line location got corrupted.

I'd suggest moving/deleting this file to see it solves the issue.
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\PluginsData\Common\IRacingExtraProperties.pitExitTrkPct.json

Maybe this one too:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\PluginsData\Common\IRacingExtraProperties.pitEntryTrkPct.json

Actually if this solves it, could you please send me these files?
I'd like to see what was wrong.

Hey!

That seems to have fixed it!

No description available.

I've attached the 2 pit JSON files for you to have a look at.

Thanks for helping me out on this. You're a life saver!

Good! You're welcome 😉
The pit exit file is indeed broken.
I'll see if I can figure out a backup system, or at least make it a less blocking issue.
Thanks for the files.
Happy racing!
