problem with dashboard

hi, i have a problem...if I use a second monitor as a dashboard, it works, but when i click in game's windows (acc) the dashboard it seems slow, doesn't refresh..but if i click the windows button on keyboard or i click on second monitor windows it works correctly...what can i do? thank you
