Just wondering if there's a consensus on what system monitoring software to use with simhub, or which one takes the least amount of resources to run in the background.
I'd like to monitor cpu load, gpu load, and memory load, as well as fps.
Hi. I don't know if there's a consensus, sorry.
However, i think if you want to use the least amount of ressource, you should use an external system card with the "Custom serial devices" option.
Then you use simhub to transfer data to this system (arduino, raspberry pi) that make the job (show informations on a screen, on leds etc...).
But if you want something already made, it's not the solution.
Bye.
Great tool and can be quite helpful. I believe that every business needs a strategy. And I want to learn more about offshore funds and finance, I can only rely on a trustworthy source. I also learned about the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Company Registration, and I became aware of how crucial it is to fully comprehend these subjects in order to properly apply them to business.
Use an external system card with the option "Custom Serial Device" if you wish to consume the fewest resources. When you're ready to start working, you transmit data to this system via Simhub.
Hello,
For minimal resource usage with SimHub, use:
- MSI Afterburner: Monitors CPU, GPU, memory load, and FPS. Low resource usage.
- HWMonitor: lightweight for CPU, GPU, and memory load. No overlay.
- RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server): Ideal for FPS monitoring with minimal impact.

Key factors to consider include real-time monitoring, ease of use, scalability, integration with existing systems, and cost. Popular options like Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds offer a range of features tailored for different requirements. For businesses looking to understand the practical applications and benefits of these tools, examining a detailed Case Study can provide valuable insights, helping you make an informed decision that aligns with your operational goals.
Hi, can you help me? I need overlay for cpu /gpu monitoring via HWMonitor but I cant find any. That the simhub create a web link so I can run it on my mobile phone.
Thank you in advance

For anyone looking for a reliable solution, I’ve had a pretty solid experience with Malwarebytes. It’s not just for malware protection – it also offers system monitoring tools that can help keep your PC running smoothly. I was dealing with some sluggish performance, and their software was a game-changer. If you run into any issues while using software like this, their customer service is top-notch and always quick to assist. Definitely worth checking out if you're after something that's both secure and efficient. And https://malwarebytes.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html has been super helpful in my experience!
Choosing the right system monitoring software really depends on your setup and what exactly you're trying to keep an eye on. If you're managing a complex infrastructure or working with a remote development team, it’s crucial to have monitoring tools that give real-time performance insights, alert you on issues, and help with capacity planning. Tools like Zabbix, Datadog, or Prometheus are solid options depending on your needs, but software alone isn’t always the full answer. In many cases, having a reliable team behind your system operations makes all the difference. If you're working with offshore or dedicated teams, it’s worth looking into partners who understand how to keep everything running smoothly. I came across this useful link that explains how offshore dedicated development teams can support long-term software operations and monitoring effectively.
