Hi, I recently just got a Leoxz XF1 Pro and it requires simhub in order to use the dash and the LEDs. I had never used simhub before, so I recently just downloaded it and it is absolutely amazing. I love the customization and it is awesome to use. However, the dash and LEDs keep freezing mid racing! All the other buttons on the wheel work still, so I don’t believe it’s a problem with the wheel. The only thing that the dash and LEDs need to work that the rest of the wheel doesn't is simhub. Therefore, I believe there must be some problem with simhub. Like I said, I’m new to simhub and am not very familiar with it, so I decided to look up my problem and try to find a fix online. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling simhub, turning off overclocking settings in my pc, disabling certain plugins, and more. Nothing works! Also, I’m not too sure what plug-ins I should turn off, or keep on. My pc specs are: RX 5700 XT, Ryzen 5 3600, 2 sticks of 16GB DDR4 3600MHZ ram, 750 watt 80+ platinum power supply, 2tb ssd, B450 tomohawk max motherboard. I run triple 1080p 144hz monitors. I play primarily iracing, but sometimes I play ACC and AC. Normally in a test session in iracing I get around 140-180 FPS at certain tracks like Spa since I turn down my settings a good bit and I have the GPU and ram usage pretty high for iracing. This is when the dash and LEDs work good for much longer. However, it will still freeze randomly every once in a while. When in a race against the AI in ACC where my pc is under more stress and when I get around 60-80 FPS because of all of the cars, however, the dash and LEDs freeze almost instantly. Normally like 10-30 seconds into the race both the dash and LEDs will freeze. Rarely, they will go for a lap or two randomly, but they ultimately freeze. This leads me to believe that maybe simhub isn’t getting enough from my pc when it’s under high stress due to all of the extra cars. I’m not sure if more Ram or a better CPU is required when racing against a lot of other cars to be able to get more FPS and keep the dash and LEDs working. Like I said, I’m not familiar with simhub and I really don’t know how to fix this problem. I absolutely love simhub and the XF1 Pro I just bought, but with the dash and LEDs freezing, it really sucks. I messaged the Leoxz company where I got my wheel from and they haven’t responded yet, so I thought I should write something in here. I’m willing to try stuff in order to find a fix. Any help is really appreciated! Thanks.

My previous answer got lost unfortunately, I will make it a bit shorter;)

Leozx plugin and hardware has lot of freezing issues (I get regular reports about this brand), the best option is to contact them so they can fix it. Since it's a third party plugin and hardware I can't fix it on my end unfortunately.

Ok, thanks. Do you think getting more ram or maybe upgrading my cpu would help as well? I was having a similar issue with racelabs freezing and I believe it could possibly be because of my ram?
