Hi , I just re install Simhub and your dashboard , and I got a bug , I no longer have the différente pages on the Universal Simhub Dash for iRacing v1.6, have you got a idea ?

Hello, just checking that the radar overlay is not differenciating the side of the car and it just displays both sides at the same time. I saw your video and it is able to differenciate it.

I saw it rely in the following property: DataCorePlugin.GameRawData.Telemetry.CarLeftRight and in Iracing it appears as permanent 1.

@romainrob is this a known problem or there is something wrong with my simhub?

@romainrob Great work with the Standing Leaderboard properties (SLB), it makes building a leaderboard easy!

Here are two bugs I noticed:

1) IRacingExtraProperties.SLB_PositionGain_XX is not updated. The value is null for all cars.

2) IRacingExtraProperties.SLB_GapToLeaderString_XX is only updated for the leader. The value is null for every other car.

I noticed that when testing in a race with AI.

And if you're open for feature suggestions, here are properties I wish we had:

  • IRacingExtraProperties.SLB_IsOutLap_XX
    • When a car is leaving the pit. Would be useful in relative leaderboard too.
  • IRacingExtraProperties.SLB_LastPitLap_XX
    • The lap number when the car last pitted.
  • IRacingExtraProperties.SLB_JokerLapCompleted_XX
    • For rallycross.
  • IRacingExtraProperties.SLB_IsTowing_XX
    • When a car is towing back to the pit.

Scratch that. It works after completing a lap. Must be an issue with re-starting an AI race only.

Hello there, I apologie for the delayed answered.
I'm not currently taking request. I already struggled to find the time to put the next small update together. Still, I added all your ideas to my list. No promise.

@r3fl3xspray Hi, the dash pack includes an updater plugin which will notify you when an update is available.
There has not been any update since the last iRacing build. I've one coming very soon

@jmaraquea I'm not aware of this issue. I haven't raced recently so I couldn't notice it myself.
I'll see if I can test it.
Edit: I took a quick look and indeed, the property doesn't seem to work properly anymore. It misses most of the times 🙁

@BenjaminP This would required to remake the SimHub map component from scratch. This is way beyond my skills.

@tylersaidgg I don't see why updating Windows wouls break this. Hopefully you found a way to fix it. If not, feel free to share me the SimHub log files

1.3.2 Update

A small update to keep up with iRacing 23s4 and SimHub V9

Simhub v9:
This update requires the awesome, recently released, SimHub v9.

- Using SimHub v9, I recommend running all overlays in html for reduced cpu cost, except for overlays with moving part (opponent trackers / maps) where motion accuracy/smoothness is better in wpf mode.

- Added brand logos for iRacing 5 new cars

- Added properties:

  • RLB_Ahead/Behind_BestLapTime_XX
  • SLB_LapIncreased_XX
  • SpectatedCar_LicenceTextColor
  • iRacing_Session_OverallBestLapTime_LicenceTextColor
  • iRacing_Session_PlayerClassBestLapTime_LicenceTextColor

- Added Wing position (sprint cars) to multiple dashboards splash screen.

- Made the iRacing fuel overlay remaining lap read out color coded as follow:

  • Red: not enough fuel based on max consumption
  • Orange: not enough fuel based on avg consumption
  • Green: enough fuel to finish

Changed leaderboardStintLength to reset when in pitbox or out of world instead of in pit lane.

- Thanks to Simhub v9 update, the Twitch Chat overlay is no longer stuck on the cookie management page (when running in html mode)
- Recentered the twitch chat window to show the accept cookies button, and "Send a message" box.

- Input display charts are now a little smoother (I highly recommend to run this overlay in html mode for better performance).

- SimHud Projection: Moved the variables and properties from the external ncalc script to in dash variable.
- Control panel overlay: Moved external JS script to an in dash extension.
- As a result the last 2 external scripts will now be deleted by the installer
\NCalcScripts\RSC - SimHUD Projection.ini
\JavascriptExtensions\RSC - SimHub Control Panel.js

- Removed the blur effect on the shifter of the analog input display as it would remain, constantly blurry in html mode.
- Fixed an error when pressing the ignition button and iRacing isn't the current game.
- Fixed an error loop when joining an iRacing server as spectator.
- Fixed the laps to go property not taking into account the laps down compared to the race leader in lap limited session.
- Fixed some plugins growing in memory when evaluating formulas under SimHub V9 (autobrightness plugin in auto control mode and iRacing plugin chat messages).

Enjoy!

Hello @Romainrob, I have a problem with the laderboard, which does not show me the positions won/lost, basically what I need is the property it uses to read that telemetry.

My project is about LED displays, what I want to do is graph with an arrow and if I can, with numbers the position changes, but that would be my own headache.

I appreciate your work with the plugin in general!
(sorry if my English is not very good, I use the translator)

@leonmk4 Hi,
The "PositionGain" properties are computed by comparing the current position to the quali results.
To work, the quali session has to be attached to the race session, or the the results won't be available to the plugin.

@boxthislap Hi, it looks like you're missing some fonts.
These replay buttons use webdings and wingdings symbols.
What if you open it on your desktop screen? Does it display correctly then?

@romainrob yep, on desktop all fine
I searched the Internet and didn’t find how I can integrate these fonts into Android, what else can I do?

@romainrob In the beta versions of simhub 9.0.5 numerous changes are being included with respect to opponent data. Will this affect your current work in any way? Thanks

@tgunator Hi. not much. I did some limited testing and it didn't seem to break anything major.
The good news is that It'll allow to choose to include or not the cars in the pitbox/pitlane to the relative opponents.
I'll tweak the relative to show them greyed out and exclude them from the radar overlays.

@boxthislap I asked about how fonts works for web devices and Simhub should share the fonts on your PC to the tablet through this web file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\Web\FontFaces.css
You could double check to make sure it includes the Webdings and Wingdings 3 fonts
In some cases the browser of the tablet not accept some fonts.
You could try to use the SimHub android app or another browser.
Maybe reinstalled these 2 fonts on your PC
Or add their .ttf file to C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\DashFonts
hopefully one of these trick helps
